It is what I do that defines me...

Yesterday's run was really kinda fun. Though we didn't run a very long distance, I was glad to have my buddy, Joy, along with EJ for the run. We covered the usual route, but decided to try a short detour cuz Joy was having a challenging time with the first slope after the PSA building.

Thinking that it was a shorter route, we went ahead and had a nasty surprise. The detour was towards a even a steeper slope up to Depot Road. We were going nuts! The buddy almost kena KOed!

Well so I decided to mark on the route with the sign, any slope that were quite challenging to remind us. Total for the route was about 6km. Next week really need to run longer distance liao...
